People are being asked to sign up for this years Newcastle Stampede, which is a 10k run with a difference.
Then run takes place at Newcastle Racecourse and as well as running there is various obstacles along the way provided by the Royal Marines to add to the challenge.
After the popular event was sold out last year, it is back again this year in October with the aim of raising money for the British Heart Foundation.
